📣 Teleprompter for reels has landed 📣

Previously this was only available in the Edits App but in the last few weeks Instagram have rolled this out across our accounts natively.

It’s brilliant for anyone who does talking heads reels and struggles to remember what they want to say or gets super nervous in front of the camera and your bairn goes blank.

1. Have your script ready and copied
2. Start a new reel
3. Hit teleprompter in the right hand side list
4. Paste your text into the box
5. Press record when you’re ready and the script will start to scroll for you to follow along.
6. When you’re done hit stop and the video will appear - minus the text box - and boom 💥 you look like an absolute pro

How good is this? I think it might be my new favourite feature. Thanks Instagram 🙏🏼

This could be the best sales technique yet ✨

Thanks for the awesome camera 📸 advice

Amazing who you can meet and what you can learn by just connecting. No agenda, no wants. Just genuinely one expert happy to help a person out - because they can.

Which makes you want to help them right back.

What a nice way to build a network.

Career, hustle, more hours, more clients, more proof that I could handle it. If my diary was full, I was winning.

Somewhere in the last year that’s flipped. I’m not building this business to work harder. I’m building it so I can eventually work less. More time at the gym. More time with the people I actually chose. More time that isn’t accounted for by anyone.

It sounds like a small shift but it’s changed almost every decision I make now. What I take on, what I say no to, what “success” is even supposed to look like.

I don’t think I’m alone in this. I think a lot of us get to our forties and quietly start asking if the grind was ever really the goal, or just the thing we got good at.

I want to know where everyone else actually is with this.

The two biggest mistakes I see on websites 👇

đźš« Too many calls to action.

đźš« Too much information.

It sounds like you’re giving visitors more options and more value.

In reality, you’re often making it harder for them to take action.

Our brains don’t love making lots of decisions. Research on choice overload shows that when we’re presented with too many options, we’re actually less likely to choose anything at all.

The same goes for your homepage.

If people have to work out where to click, what to read first, or which of five buttons they should press… many will simply leave.

The best websites aren’t the ones with the most information.

They’re the ones that make it incredibly easy for the right person to know:
✔️ what you do
✔️ who it’s for
✔️ what they should do next

If your homepage feels a bit cluttered, try removing things before adding more. Simplicity nearly always wins.

I am on the hunt for a fantastic trainer to join my clients team! (Please tag or share to anyone you may know)

About the company ✨
This is a women’s only fitness membership that helps women to lose weight, get fit, eat well and navigate menopause.

About the role ✨
Within the membership are daily live workouts currently split between two trainers. We are looking to expand this team to alleviate some time for the head coach. We can be flexible for the right people / person as to how many sessions per week but it would only likely be one or two.

About you ✨
Confident doing on line classes and in front of the camera. Experienced, reliable and professional. Must be a female as this is an all women’s club. Available to do a live workout early morning at least once a week.

Areas of expertise ✨
We would love it if you have Step or Dance fitness or box fit in your bag of tricks.

You will of course be paid for your time and have exposure on the platforms social media and to the members.

For more information/ any questions or to register your interest drop me a message

Thank you 🙏🏼

What a pleasure to spend the weekend at the Harbour Beach Club & Spa in Salcombe.

The weather was on side and the sea was turquoise - we could have been anywhere in the med.

Stunning beach front location and the perfect spot to unwind.

The roads here are classic country lanes - so be prepared. I’m from Devon so had no problem but the driver in front of me definitely did not feel the same - I’ve never actually seen anyone indicate to go into a lay-by before & slam hazards on every time a car was coming the other way 🤷🏼‍♀️🤣

Menus offered plenty of seafood options as you’re expect and good wines. There is also a spa and an indoor pool.

The sister hotel - the Salcombe Harbour Hotel - will have to be my next stop to compare. Both of these 4 star luxury hotels in the stunning and upmarket Salcombe are absolutely ones to add to your list of places to stay in Devon though.
