First up some amazing lifting from the Juniors. Always such fun to watch children lift, they bring an abundance of excitement and joy to the platform. They may compete as individuals but as a group they lift each other up.

Led by a British Weight Lifting Level 3 Coach, this course is perfect for complete beginners of all ages or anyone wanting to sharpen their foundations.
Over 4 weeks, youβll learn:

Start list for our Masters Weightlifting Competition this Saturday the 28th of February.
The club is located within the grounds of Portchester Community School, you will see our signage on the left hand side as you drive through the school gates, parking is free.
No dogs are allowed on site.
Only one licensed coach per lifter in the back room please.
We will be serving tea, coffee and homemade cakes in our cafe so bring some loose change.
Spectators and supporters are all welcome.
We look forward to see you all on Saturday.
