Believe it or notโ€ฆ the girl who now happily stands at the front of a room, leads a class was once a VERY anxious child.

I started dancing at just 2 years old, but I refused to go on stage at our dance shows! ๐Ÿ˜‚ And I absolutely HATED PE at school.

I worried about looking stupid, not knowing anyone, getting things wrong and feeling out of place.

That fear stopped me doing so many things I wanted to do. ๐Ÿฅบ

Fast forward a few yearsโ€ฆ becoming a fitness instructor completely changed my life.

It pushed me out of my comfort zone. I had to meet people, talk to strangers, stand at the front & put myself out there.

And slowly, I realisedโ€ฆ

โœจ I was capable.
โœจ People are actually pretty lovely ๐Ÿ˜‚
โœจ Confidence comes from DOING, not waiting until you feel ready.

So if youโ€™re sitting in your car before your first Powerhoop class thinking โ€œI canโ€™t do thisโ€ฆโ€ โ€” I GET IT. โค๏ธ

You donโ€™t need to know anyone.
You donโ€™t need to be fit.
You donโ€™t need to know what youโ€™re doing.
And you definitely donโ€™t need to feel confident.

Maybe this is your little sign to finally do something youโ€™ve been putting off. โค๏ธ
