Our Children’s Aerial Yoga SEND Session is the perfect place to move, spin, and fly!
We offer quieter and unstructured group session with the use of aerial hammocks, alongside gross motor and sensory activities. These sessions are designed for children and an accompanying adult.

Our aerial hammock classes will be a fun mix of aerial poses, movement and skills, with the opportunity to progress towards putting those skills together into exciting routines as confidence grows.
