Hi! I'm Damien and I'm a long time student and teacher of the Lee Family Taoist Arts in Glasgow. I teach a weekly class where you can discover the benefits of Tai Chi, Qigong, Taoist Yoga (Kaimen), Feng Shou (Hand of the Wind Kung Fu).
