We had approx 28 of the little plastic cassettes, the bees were reluctant to build them out but they did in the end, I think they would have been better coated with wax before going on to the bees, did ok the ross rounds as well and produced 56 of these as well!

We are trialing these plastic cut comb cassettes, the lids fold over behind them and clip into place, you insert one cassette each side of the frame, very easy to assemble and they fit into standard SN1's and SN4's.

Johnathan was beekeeping the end of last week and took these pictures of our plastic wax coated foundation in 14x12 frames. He forgot to put the removable tray into the floor and this is why the bees have not drawn the foundation right to the bottom but after ten days and one gallon of syrup per hive all the frames were built out to the same degree!!
