SITUATION: SRAM has identified a specific range of RockShox ZEB Ultimate, ZEB Ultimate Flight Attendant, ZEB Select+, and ZEB Select forks with an out of specification upper tube which could result in loss of air pressure in use. SRAM is issuing a stop sell and shipment notice for these forks and related spare parts. SRAM advises riders with ZEB forks within the affected serial-number range, located on the back of the fork crown, to stop riding the product while the evaluation continues.
INVOLVED PRODUCTS: All RockShox ZEB Ultimate, ZEB Ultimate Flight Attendant, ZEB Select+, and ZEB Select forks within the serial number range of 07T6######XX to 42T6######XX are subject to this stop sale and shipments notice. Also involved are specific CSU and sealhead assembly spare parts with a production date of WK07 2026 to WK42 2026. No other products are involved in this action.
FIELD ISSUE: In use, an impact which results in an aggressive fork extension could result in the air assembly snap ring dislodging, causing the fork to suddenly lose air pressure.
