🌈 Rain showers, rainbows and relay graft 🌈

Tonight’s session brought all the weather, but that didn’t stop our members from putting in the work 💪
Our trio 800m relays had everyone digging deep, pushing each other to the limit and cheering teammates on every step of the way 👏

And just when the rain cleared… we were treated to an incredible rainbow over the track 🌈

A reminder that the second instalment of the Mid Week League is at Barnet this week — we’d love to see as many Harlow runners there as possible representing the club in full force 🔴🔵

2nd edition of our Club 5K Handicap Race ✅🔥

Over 40 clubbers turned out tonight to take on a tough route packed with a few “character-building” hills 😅 — but the weather actually held out for once, and the vibes were unreal!

Massive effort from everyone out there. Some serious points being racked up, more incredible PBs rolling in, and it’s amazing seeing everyone finish looking so strong 💪

Huge thank you to all the clubbers who ran, volunteered, organised and supported the event tonight — super proud of what this club is building. And we’re only just getting started 👊

Sunset miles, country lanes & top-tier company 🌅🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Last night’s 10K social run took us through Churchgate Street, around the beautiful countryside, and back via Church Langley & Newhall — with nothing but good vibes all the way 🙌

No pressure, no pace targets… just great people, supportive energy and a reminder that running is always better together 💙
