All the branded head gear out in force this evening! Swim hats in the outdoor pool, beanie hats for after!

When the swim squad all turn up with their awesome DTC swim hats… except for one person! Thankfully Jude is an awesome human so we kind of don’t mind… this time! (And it was a dart 10K swim hat so decent bragging rights!).

And there really is no excuses as all of our club members get a free swim hat!

A huge thank you to Ash from who delivered a fantastic workshop to the club. Lots of learning happened and a lot of people are now getting their chains waxed! Ash was awesome! We’re sorry we asked soooo many questions! 🤣

And we’re back in the outdoor pool!! Perfect for improving your wetsuit swim technique in the off season.

It’s medal Monday!!! Congrats to .explores and for their amazing efforts at the Loch Ness Marathon, with Lynda and Emily running 3.55 and Ryan running 4.54. For Em and Ryan, this was their first marathon and they absolutely smashed it!

hunt.5836 and headed to Windsor for the half marathon, running 2.34 and 2.38 respectively (which is a massive new PB for Tracey!)

and.the.siberians headed into London for the 10k and is making HUGE progress on her road back from injury.

It’s a slightly belated medal Monday post! We had a lot of club members out racing this weekend at Eton Dorney and the Copenhagen IM crew cranked out a 100 mile sportive!

Always fun to be out racing with club members. Everyone is so supportive with people waving and cheering for each other while out on the course. Awesome work everyone! 👏👏👏
