Sunday = rest day for me. Having time of activity/ training is so important. Burn out is a real thing, your body needs time to rest and recover. It also helps stopping fitness from becoming a chore, remember health and fitness can and should be something you enjoy. Not something you have to do. Rest days reset and re foucas you. Just like food it's about creating a healthy relationship. Not a obsession.

There are so many ways to bring activity in to every day life. Something I'm so loud on is. Movement for enjoyment. I'd never give a client a programme they dint enjoy. 1 it's very hard to stick to and 2. There's no need to force your self to be active. There's so many benefits in other daily things. Add some kind of weighted movement in and your covered.

Some of the benefits of kettlebell training. This little weight goes a very long way. If you have limited space or limited time. Invest in 1 of these.just the kettlebell swings hit the hole back of the body. That's we're many of us struggle. Glutes and lower back.
Core strength and mobility is so important for everyday situations. Something I learned many years ago studying my level 3 personal trainer course. And it's one of the things many of us neglect. If you exercise or not working your core and doing stretches can work wonders

Kettlebells are so underrated. Power, strength, mobility and cardio it covers it all. Don't need much space. Not a great deal of equipment. Definitely worth buying a few
