Massive achievement for me and really excited to help people of all ages and genders to achieve big things from the sport of Boxing both competitive and personal goals. Flexible body but most importantly flexible mind 🧠
Flexibility is a fundamental component that I feel isn’t focused on enough in todays society. Let’s remember their is a time of weights, a time for cardio and most definitely their should be time taken to focus on the thing that allows you to move how you need yourself to move. Be free like a bird 🦅.
Stretching helps relieve stress, so if ever your having a bad day, or you are not able to unwind at night then why not try some stretching to help relax your muscle and you might find this will help relax your mind. You could even try it in the morning before work. You may even like yoga 🧘♂️.
Stress can lead to tightness of muscles and joints caused by inflammation which can of course leads to more downfalls on the body and mind overtime ie irregular heart beat, anxiety, depression, weight gain and much more 👎.
Make time for everything that is important to you. Treat your body right and your body will treat you right.

Tips for runners: Most of the time people that run are often people that don’t have much time due to their busy schedules. Fair play. In return we have to be mindful of the stress load that running causes on all the joints that keep you standing let alone walking.
Let’s use this example: if your training in the gym and your goal is to build strength on DB bench press are you going to pick up 30kg DB each hand having not much control, risking tearing your rotator cuffs or are you smarter than that and look to start with 10kg each hand for better form using a weight you can handle to help build better balance and growth of the muscle to help strengthen the muscles surrounding your rotator cuffs to take more load?
Let’s get back to runners: in order to run longer distances, or have more longevity in running, runners must focus on the conditioning aspect of the joints and their surrounding muscles to handle the stress load I.e: Hips, glutes, adductors, knees, calfs, Achilles’ tendon and probably lots more. These are key 🔑 areas that are often neglected by most exercise enthusiasts which could be hindering progression and self motivation.
Bottom line: Train smart and don’t skip leg day. 🦵👈

Great class we had tonight. This group are really improving together, getting stronger, reaching new fitness levels which is coming from the consistency they are showing each week so I have to take my hat off to these warriors! 💪🥊

Progress update ⭐️ 💪
This had taken me over a year just to get one leg out! With so much time and effort put into this now I realize how different calisthenics or even gymnastics training is and I’m fully understanding how hard these guys work. I’ve worked hard the majority of my life so working hard doesn’t bother me but damn! Just the single leg planche is so hard! 😩
A phrase that stuck with me growing up was the term you can beat hard work! whilst this is true I think there is a wider spectrum of what hard work really is and from what I’ve learned through this journey is that hard work doesn’t necessarily mean working harder but instead work smarter. Unfortunately I had to learn this through over working and getting injured which had put me down massively how ever I don’t give up that easy, I don’t get slept! I don’t fall easy and if I do fall just like Tyson fury I’ll get back up and keep coming! 😤. What can I say I’m curious 🤔🤷♂️
This my progress so far and I to tell you all that life is what you make of it and who you surround yourself with. You have something deep inside of you that wants to do well or achieve something yet we allow excuses to cloud over the reality of what it takes to achieve those goals. Yes it’s hard work but ask yourself would I like to look back later on in life and be satisfied?
Am I being over the top?
We have two lives and the second one begins when we realize we only have one☝️
