1. Rower for 250 meters

2. Wall Balls 20 Reps.

3 .Bike Erg for 50 Calories.

4. Sled Push for 20 meters.

5. Ski Erg for 30 calories.

Once you've completed a circuit repeat for allocated time. 💪🏻💚💚
