This is the second time I have seen this happen.
Someone in Hitchin thinks it is clever and funny to lock a small padlock to somebody’s bike chain when left unattended in town .
Causing damage to the innocent riders bike when it gets jammed up in the gears.
May be worth checking your bikes before cycling away, if it is left unattended in town 😡
