For the woman who's felt more restless than usual lately — mind racing at night, a low hum of anxiety she can't quite name, more frayed than she'd say out loud.

In Ayurveda, this time of year brings a natural rise in Vata — the energy of movement, air, change. And with it, restlessness, anxiety, fear.

The Autumn Restorative: Balancing Vata is Sunday 25th October, 6–8pm.

We begin with gentle asana and pranayama, moving the excess restlessness and calming body, mind and senses. Then into a series of deeply relaxing restorative poses, held with grounding essential oils and soothing music. We close with a healing Yoga Nidra, letting you settle fully into stillness.

This is for women who've felt the season shifting inside them as much as around them, and are ready to ground back down.

If that's you, comment GROUNDING and I'll send the booking link straight over, before those spaces are gone.

Have you noticed it too?

The leaves start turning, the evenings draw in, and something in you gets a little… unsettled. You can't sleep as easily. Your thoughts won't settle. You feel tired and wired at the same time.

It isn't just you, and it isn't random. Autumn has a way of stirring things up, and your body is feeling it.

So this season's restorative is designed for exactly that. Two hours to slow down, come back into your body, and let your nervous system finally exhale.

The Autumn Restorative
Sunday 25th October, 6–8pm

If you've been feeling more frayed than you'd like to admit, this one's for you.

Does life feel hard right now? Like every single thing? Me too.

When everything feels hard at once, it's easy to believe it's your failing. Your weakness. It isn't.

You're not just rearranging furniture. You're rebuilding a whole new way of being a woman, in a body and a life that keep changing underneath you. That's not small. It's enormous.

Hard doesn't mean wrong. Hard means real.

You don't get through because it got easy. You get through when you stop needing it to be easy first.

And you don't have to be the hero of your own exhaustion. That's not strength, that's just lonely.

Find your support. Now, not tomorrow. 🍂

Renewed You is for women who are ready to stop doing this alone. Link in bio.

For years, I powered through. Pushed through the exhaustion. Convinced myself that slowing down was weak.

I told myself everyone else was managing, so why couldn't I?

Then my nervous system tapped out. The fatigue became bone-deep. The brain fog made decisions impossible. My body wasn't whispering anymore, it was screaming.

That's when I learned the difference between rest and collapse.

Rest is intentional. It's choosing to regulate before you're forced to. It's honouring the seasons of your body instead of fighting them.

Collapse is what happens when you ignore the signs for too long.

Late summer is nature's slowdown. The earth starts to turn inward, preparing for what's coming. Your body feels it too. That pull to soften, to ground, to integrate everything you've carried through the intensity of the year.

So this season I'm offereing not one but three evenings of rest, relaxation and renewal — the Seasonal Restorative Bundle carries you from late September through November, one restorative session a month as the year turns inward. Therapeutic yoga, nervous system practices, and a small circle of women, each one meeting you exactly where the season has left you.

Because you don't have to wait until your body stops asking nicely.

You can choose rest now. You can choose to regulate, integrate, and step into winter already grounded.

Comment RESTORE and I'll send you the details.

Your body's been sending signals for weeks.

Maybe longer.

The bloating after meals that makes you want to unbutton your jeans. The churning gut that won't settle no matter how carefully you eat. The foggy head that won't clear. The restless nights where your mind spins through every tiny thing you didn't get done.

And underneath it all, this low hum of anxiety you can't quite name.

Late summer in the TCM calendar is Earth element season. It's the pause between the outward expansion of summer and the inward pull of autumn. Your body craves grounding, nourishment, integration.

But if your nervous system's been running hot for months, if you've been pushing through without pause, your body can't do what it needs to do right now.

That's where the late summer restorative comes in.

It's designed to work with your body's natural rhythm at this exact point in the year. Five specific shifts that happen when you give your system permission to regulate, integrate and reclaim calm.

I've broken down all five transformations in the carousel. Swipe through, save it, and if you're ready to actually feel the shift in your own body, comment 'RESTORE' and I'll send you the full practice.

You don't have to keep pushing through. There's another way.

Late summer is the earth element season in chinese medicine, and your nervous system is feeling it.

Think about it: summer was yang energy, fire, outward, all-consuming. You were moving, doing, showing up, pushing through.

But now? The earth element arrives. She's slower. She's grounding. She's asking you to nourish, not perform.

And if you're feeling the crash, the depletion, the 'I can't keep this pace anymore' heaviness, that's not failure. That's your body asking you to regulate.

This is why I'm holding the late summer restorative on 27th September.

Because earth element energy teaches us something menopause tries to scream at us every day: you cannot keep living in frenetic season. You need to come back down. You need to stabilise.

We'll use therapeutic yoga to drop into your body, nervous system practices to regulate the overwhelm, and chakra energy work to ground you back into yourself.

No hustle. No performance. Just you, your breath, and the kind of deep nourishment that actually restores.

Comment EARTH and I'll send you the details.

You've spent years perfecting the art of holding it all together.

You've learned to smile through exhaustion, to say yes when your body is screaming no, to shrink yourself so others can expand.

You've mastered the performance of being fine.

But here's what nobody told you: your nervous system has been keeping score the whole time.

Every boundary you didn't set. Every need you pushed down. Every moment you chose everyone else over yourself.

It all lands somewhere.

And for so many midlife women, that somewhere is perimenopause and menopause, where your body finally says: I'm done pretending.

The exhaustion isn't laziness. The brain fog isn't failing. The rage isn't overreacting.

It's your body refusing to carry the weight of constant service anymore.

This isn't about managing symptoms. It's about addressing the root: a nervous system that's been in survival mode for so long it forgot what safety feels like.

When you learn to regulate, everything shifts. Not overnight, but genuinely.

You start to trust yourself again. You set boundaries without guilt. You reclaim energy you thought was gone forever.

You remember what it feels like to put yourself first, not from a place of selfishness, but from a place of sovereignty.

Because midlife isn't the end of your power. It's the beginning of finally using it for yourself.

Comment RISE and I'll send you my free guide to find your ground again in menopause, so you can stop surviving and start living as the woman you're meant to be.

I used to genuinely think, “this is it for me now.”

That feeling of being wired and tired, constantly serving others, and wondering where I’d gone in the process. It’s a heavy place to be, especially when you feel like you should just be able to “cope.”

But what if you don’t have to cope alone?

What if you could drop the pattern of self-neglect and step into a second half of life that feels exciting, purposeful, and truly yours?

I found my way back to myself, and I want to show you how you can too. It’s about more than just managing symptoms. It’s about reclaiming your power and joy. ✨
