Tuesday – Kilsyth Medical Centre

🔴 18:00 – All abilities up to 5k group run. An easy-paced session with shorter options available.

🔴 18:50 – Our 5-ish mile group run. Chatty-paced miles around the local area… some miles flatter than others! 😄

🌅 No Saturday morning session this week, as a number of club members will be racing at the Blast Running Sunset Festival on Saturday evening.

Whether you’re building up to your first 5k or training for your next race, new runners are always welcome.

18:10 – All Abilities Run
Perfect if you’re new to running, building back up, or just fancy some company for a few miles. Routes up to 5k, with shorter options available.

Haven’t been along in a while? Dust off those trainers and come join us – we’d love to see some familiar faces back out. 😬

18:50 – Social Run
Around 5 easy-paced miles with plenty of opportunities to regroup along the way. A relaxed, chatty run where nobody gets left behind.

And yes… after last week’s feedback, it’ll be a flatter route this time! 😂

09:00 – Hill Reps
Everyone’s favourite session (or so we keep telling ourselves! 😅).

Whether you’re training for a race, looking to build strength, or trying hill reps for the first time, come along and give it a go. You’ll surprise yourself.

Delighted to announce the return of our popular PTR Recces. David Murray is going to lead three recces, at social pace with plenty of breaks, suitable for all runners. All are welcome.
