Hybrid Fitness Hull just got a serious glow-up and I had to be first in there to test it out 👀🙌 So naturally… handstand practice happened 🤸‍♀️🔥

That warm red light hits different — honestly made the whole session feel even more immersive. Hot yoga in this lighting is going to be something else 😍

Had the best morning teaching this gorgeous group of girls their private hen party yoga session 🧘‍♀️💛

If you didn’t know — I don’t just do hen parties! I run private group yoga sessions for birthdays, baby showers, work socials, girls’ weekends, or literally any excuse to get together. No experience needed, all levels welcome, and I bring everything with me — mats, props, the lot.

I’m based in Hull and cover East Yorkshire as standard — happy to travel further too, just drop me a message and we can sort the details 😊

Thursday Yoga is here - first class is 4th of June 💜

A beginner-friendly midweek reset at The Studio, East Hull 🌿

These classes are designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, move your body and leave feeling lighter than when you arrived. We’ll flow through gentle vinyasa, grounding breathwork and relaxation in a supportive, accessible space with absolutely no pressure 💫

🧘 Thursdays 6pm–6:45pm
📍 The Studio, East Hull
💷 £7 drop in or 4-class pass for £24

Your class pass is ALSO valid for my Saturday morning 9am class at The Studio ☀️

Perfect for:
• complete beginners
• anyone wanting a midweek break
• 9 to 5-ers
• people returning to movement
• anyone needing time to reconnect and reset 💛

Equipment is provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own mat if preferred. Just bring some water and come as you are ✨
