Always great to get a fresh set off eyes look at your business.
Matt Beevers - Business Coach great to see you making a difference and offering a Business Health Check.
Evening all, just a quick intro offer to introduce my York based Coaching Business.
Most business owners don’t have a revenue problem… they have a profit problem.
I speak to a lot of owners who are:
busy, growing, and constantly pushing for more sales…
…but still not seeing the return they expected.
- More turnover.
- Same stress.
- Little (or no) extra profit.
Because here’s the reality:
If your margins, costs, and operations aren’t right, more sales just mean more pressure.
You don’t fix that by working harder.
You fix it by understanding where your profit is actually going—and tightening what’s underneath the surface.
That’s where the real gains are.
Burnout is real, let’s turn the hard work into real rewards.
⸻
I’m offering 6 Yorkshire-based business owners a free Business Health Check where we’ll:
* look at your numbers properly
* identify where profit is being lost
* and highlight practical ways to improve performance
No pressure, no hard sell—just clarity.
👉 Comment “HEALTH CHECK” or drop me a message if you want one of the 6 spots.

Words of wisdom from business coach Matt Beevers - Business Coach.
The greatest plan only get results when you take action to implement it.
It makes sense to get guidance and support to keep on track , get more clarity and traction so that you get the results you want in the simplest and quickest way.
There is a lot of noise around COACHING all over the internet, but what actually is a business coach and how is it different to a consultant?
A consultant typically:
* analyses your business
* identifies problems
* gives you a plan or solution
And in many cases, that’s exactly what’s needed.
But here’s the catch…
The best plans in the world are only worth the paper they are written on (showing my age now) unless they are put into action, and that is often the hardest part.
A coach, on the other hand:
* works with you to build clarity
* challenges your thinking
* keeps you accountable
* helps you execute consistently
It’s less about handing over answers, and more about helping you run the business differently.
The problem?
Most business owners don’t just need a plan.
They need support to actually implement and sustain change.
That’s why I don’t sit purely in one camp
I blend both.
* The consultancy side: we fix the numbers, improve operations, identify opportunities
* The coaching side: we build the habits, structure, and discipline to make it stick
Because real results don’t come from:
knowing what to do…
They come from:
actually doing it, consistently, in the right way.
If you’ve ever had great advice that never quite translated into results—you’ll understand the difference.
And if that’s where you are now, it might be time for a different approach.
Give me a call to see how working with a business coach can help you get the results you deserve for the effort you put in!

A business that runs without you is not built on hope.
It is built on systems, people, and discipline.
When your team is empowered, your delivery is consistent, and your operations run smoothly, the business becomes an asset that thrives even when you step away.
This is the difference between owning a business and owning a job.

And the business becomes more valuable the moment it becomes less dependent on you.
What part of your business still relies on you way too much?

Accountability is not about being harsh.
It is about being clear.
Most team problems come from unclear expectations, undefined responsibilities, and inconsistent follow-through.
When the team knows exactly what great looks like, accountability becomes easy and effortless.
As a leader, your job is not to nag.
Your job is to set clear standards and ensure they are upheld.

Most owners underestimate how fast things can change.
With the right system, six months is enough to double profit, reclaim 10 hours a week, and finally create a business that is fun to run.

Many business owners are drowning in daily pressure, leaving no time to think, plan, or lead.
But strategy requires headspace.
And headspace requires systems.
When you shift from firefighting to forward planning, everything changes.
Your team becomes stronger.
Your results become predictable.
Your confidence rises.
Your profit increases.

Micromanagement feels safe, but it destroys growth.
It drains your time, smothers your team, and turns you into the bottleneck.

If you want a business that scales, you must let go of tasks that are not yours to hold.
