(I was only getting the runners warmed up!) they were superb in that rain 🌧️

Delighted to be joining the Carers Well-being Festival this weekend for a some Kinisi Flow. 12noon on Saturday 💫
You can also catch me at Woodside Gala, Carlton Park, Glenrothes for some Zumba® alongside Ave Johnston at 1.30pm 💃🏻

Just added to the Wellbeing festival events at the weekend are Nikii Fenton with a Kinisi Flow mindful movement workout and Lesleys Crazey Kickers kicking of the festival opening with some line dancing entertaining and demonstration session for you to get involved in. Bring your cowboy hats to join in the fun!
