A big congratulations to the latest group of British Skydiving instructors and instructional staff who successfully completed their courses at Skydive Southwest, Dunkeswell.

Marouan Atlassi – AFFI
Spencer Bailey – AFFI
Andy Shaw – AFFI
Megan Earl – TI
Jason Snailham – Pre-Advanced

Every instructor remembers the nerves, the studying, the assessments and the relief when it's finally signed off. These qualifications represent a lot of hard work behind the scenes and a willingness to give back to the sport by helping others learn and progress.

The future of skydiving depends on people stepping forward to teach, mentor and share their knowledge, so it's always great to welcome new faces into the instructional community. If you want more information about how to become an instructor either reach out to British Skydiving HQ or speak to your local Chief Instructor.

A huge thank you as well to the examiners, observers and support staff who gave up their time to make the courses possible.
See you in the aircraft!

Big dreams. Years of preparation. One incredible challenge.

Amber Forte is preparing to attempt a wingsuit crossing of the English Channel after more than two years of planning, training and hard work with her team.

Whatever happens, the dedication, professionalism and perseverance that have gone into this project are already something to be proud of.

Good luck from everyone at British Skydiving — we’ll be cheering you on all the way. 🇬🇧🪂🇫🇷

World Skydiving Day is just one month away.

Every skydiver's journey looks different.

Some are working towards their first solo jump. Some are chasing new qualifications, competition goals, or bigger formations. Others simply jump because there's nowhere else they'd rather be on a weekend.

No matter where you are in your skydiving journey, every jump tells a story of progression, challenge, and achievement.

We'd love to hear from you:

What's your current jump number, and what's the next goal you're working towards?

Whether it's jump 25, 250, or 2,500, let us know in the comments.
