Welcome to the Darnford Development Centre.🤩
After two and a half years we have rebranded due to the growth and variety we offer. What started off as a gym used for classic muscle gain and weight loss has turned into something much more.
Over the last couple of years we have had a range of clients in the gym. Ageing from 13-85, tailoring to each of their needs in a different way. Whether it be an introduction in showing you how to use the gym or rehabilitation. No task is too tall!
Different to JC23, we have also been teaming alongside Whittington soccer centre in 1:1 football coaching. Offering technical and specific sessions to the players needs whilst also making sure they are enjoying themselves. Alongside myself Jake, there is also Max, Mia and Harry on board carrying out their own sessions.

Day in the life - Workouts
Morning session - 5K run,
* this includes a warm up jogging at 8km/h
* I then increase the speed to 13km/h for remainder of the run
Afternoon session - shoulders and arms
Shoulders
* slide 2 - Military Press
- Sets - 4
- Weight - warm up 1x15 = Bar (20kg), 3x10 reps (40kg)
* Slide 3 - Frontal raises (Plate)
- Sets - 3
- Weight - 3x12 reps (15kg)
* Slide 4 - Dumbbell lateral raise
- Sets - 4 Drop sets
- Weight - 10kg, 12.5kg and 8kg
Arms
* Slide 5 - Incline cable curl
- Sets - 4
- Weight (each arm) - 7.9kg (x15), 10.2kg (x12), 12.5kg (x10) , 14.7kg (x8)
* Slide 6 - Dumbbell Hammer Curl
- Sets - 3
- Weight (each arm) - 15kg (3x10)
* Slide 7 - tricep rope pushdown
- Sets - 4
