Over the last year of building my coaching business, I've been learning as much about myself as I have about coaching.
One thing has become incredibly clear - the people I feel most passionate about helping are those who confidence isn't matching their ambition when it comes to business.
Because I've been there...
The self-doubt.
The overthinking.
The fear of putting yourself out there ans wondering what people will think.
So, going forward, I'll be focusing my coaching on supporting aspiring and early-stage business owners to overcome self-doubt, grow their confidence and show up more fully in their business.
Whether you've got a business idea that you haven't acted on yet or you've already started but know you're capable of more, I'm here to help.
If that sounds like you, I'd love to connect.
Although my focus is shifting towards supporting business owners, my door remains open to anyone looking to build confidence and overcome self-doubt.

Our brains are amazing, truly amazing BUT, they can also be a pain in the bum.
They automatically look for the negative in life which is why I always tell people to say
TODAY IS GOING TO BE A GREAT DAY.
It won't stop bad things happening, it just helps us mentally when those things happen.
And, something else that we can do to help our brain focus on positive things more...
At the end of each day, write down at least one thing you've achieved.
It's doesn't have to be huge, it doesn't matter what anyone else may think what matters is that you are happy you've achieved it.
Like the daily gratitude - make sure it's specific. So nothing too vague.
✨️Keep track.
✨️Write down the feelings that came with the achievement.
✨️Do it daily.
This helps to improve your mood, reduce anxiety and helps to improve your self-esteem!
A 5 minute task a day.
Super simple.
Super worth it.

Me.... I'm grateful for George. We've spent a wonderful day together. Just us. Watched tele. Went out on his bike (I ran Or walked to keep up with him), we listened to music. He made me laugh alot.
I'm always grateful for my son but today was just lovely. No work. No stress. Just me and George 💙

It's been 13 months since as I launched a business that I know is what I'm here to do....
Help serve you!
If you struggle with self-esteem.
If you are a people-pleaser.
If you know you are meant for more but just don't have enough self belief to get going.
If you struggle with boundaries.
If, like I used to, you look in the mirror and are unhappy with what you see.
I've worked with some amazing people and I've watched you all transform beautifully 🙏🏽
But, I know to continue to help you guys, I need to invest in myself. Because, we all need to invest in ourselves at times right?!
So tomorrow, I start a 12 month journey with my new coach. And, not just any coach, but a coach from the Tony Robbins team of coaches!!
This happened by absolute chance - I came across an email a week ago, thought 'what have I got to lose', spoke to them and a week later I'm starting my journey with someone trained by the world's No1 life coach!
Take the small opportunities that arise like this. You never know where they may lead!
I am so so exicted 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳 Not just because its Team Tony Robbins but, I'm investing in myself, to better myself for myself and for you guys! 🙏🏽

I just saw this flyer on another page and I know that so many of us need to read and stick to this!
Remember...
It isn't selfish to say no.
It isn't selfish to walk away from, or put distance between, people who don't respect you and your time.
It is perfectly okay to put your own needs infront of others.
It is perfectly okay to take time out of a busy day to sit and breath.
Don't let people take you for granted.
Because people will only treat you the way you allow them to.

You do not become valuable when you achieve more, please everyone, lose weight, get promoted or tick every item on your to do list.
Trust me... your worth isn't something you have to prove.
It's already there... inside you!

Well, today marked the start of my new strength training journey 💪
I used to strength train alot. The gym was my second home. I loved it!
And then in recent years, running took over and I didn't have time for much else. But, as every runner knows, you need to strength train too.
I started Yoga a year ago and I absolutely love it 💖
And today, I had a PT Session. 🥳 Although, I didn't set my alarm so I'm lucky I made it 🤣 I woke up at 5.45am. Needed to leave at 6am but was 5 minutes late then 3 ducks decided to have a chill in the middle of the road so had to move them off In the pouring rain 🤦♀️ I can imagine how alot of people would have said
'This is a sign I'm not meant to go'...
But, I am not happy with my lack of strength and I want to feel a bit happier in my skin. So, off I went and got there at 6.15am! Right on time!!
I have another 3x1 hrs PT Sessions and then I'll be doing regular classes at this place.
I have to.
I need to.
I want to.
Is it cheap? Absolutely not!
But the real question shouldn't ever be about money....
You need to look beyond that and ask yourself...
What will I get from it?
And I'm not just talking about money. We can always put blockers or excuses in the way.
But it needs to stop now!
Stop looking for the reasons to not do sowntbing and look for the reasons to do it!!
I know the benefits of strength for the mind AND body and its worth the early mornings and he expense.
So... have an honest word with yourself about what you keep finding all the excuses under the sun not to do. And go write down the reasons to go do it 🙏🏽
