Back to work. Back on it. 👊🏼
Two unbelievable weeks away, batteries recharged and now very ready to get back into a routine and get some proper training done.
A big few months ahead and I’m excited for it.
5 weeks → Serbia 70.3 🇷🇸
14 weeks → Ironman Florida 🇺🇸
Time to get to work. 🏊🏼♂️🚴🏼♂️🏃🏼♂️

Some week in Tampa! 🇺🇸☀️
Apollo Beach was the perfect base. We managed to explore Tampa by Water Taxi, spend a day on the stunning Anna Maria Island, visit Pass-da-Grille (definitely my favourite beach in Florida!), relax on St Pete’s Beach and squeeze in a day at Busch Gardens.
An unforgettable two weeks with the family. I tried to capture as many of the moments along the way as I could… 📷❤️
Florida… I’ll be back in November. This time for Ironman. 🏊🏼♂️🚴🏼♂️🏃🏼♂️🇺🇸

Week one ✔️
Nine parks in seven days…
Countless steps, loads of laughs and memories we’ll be talking about for years.
Orlando has been incredible, and I think the last two photos sum up exactly how everyone was feeling by the end of it! 😂
Now onto Tampa for week two… hopefully a slightly slower pace. 🌴☀️

One day at Epic Universe…
30,000+ steps.
Every world exceeded expectations.
The kids absolutely loved it… and to be fair, so did we.
Easily one of the best theme parks we’ve ever visited. 👏

Florida // Day 1 ☀️
First day with the Nikon, first day making a conscious effort to slow down and capture memories instead of just taking photos.
Here are a few favourites from today… 🌴📸❤️

Back where I belong.
Yesterday was my first Ironman-branded race in over 3 years.
A lot has happened in that time. Life, business, injuries, family, and moments where triathlon felt a long way away.
Just 5 months ago I was recovering from a stress fracture and wasn’t sure when I’d be back on a start line, so to be standing on the start line at Swansea wearing a race number again felt pretty special.
A huge thank you to Jodie Stimpson for helping me get fit enough to race and guiding me back patiently when I probably wanted to rush the process.
One of the best parts of the day was seeing so many familiar faces. People I’ve raced, trained and shared this sport with over the years. It was brilliant to see so many still absolutely smashing it. A special mention to Donald Brooks on a fantastic performance and taking the win. 👏
As for me, I was absolutely over the moon to come away with 4th place in my age group on my first race back. Not something I expected a few months ago.
The best part of the weekend wasn’t the result though. It was sharing it with my family on Arabella’s 9th birthday weekend. Having Sophie Dempsey , Arabella, Will and Mya there made it mean so much more.
Triathlon has been a massive part of my life for a long time. Yesterday reminded me why.
No expectations.
No pressure.
Just grateful to be healthy enough to swim, bike and run again.
It felt really good to be back doing what I love. 💚

Team GBC | Ironman 70.3 Swansea 🏊🚴🏃
What a day.
Every athlete in this photo turned up, trusted the process and delivered when it mattered.
Different goals.
Different journeys.
One team.
From first-timers to experienced racers, everyone put themselves on the line and came away with something to be proud of.
As a coach, days like this mean more than any result. Watching athletes overcome doubts, challenges and months of hard work to cross that finish line is what it’s all about.
So proud of every single one of you.
The green shirts were out in force in Swansea 💚

Happy 9th Birthday, Arabella ❤️🎉
9 years of smiles, laughter, adventures and memories.
Keep being the kind, funny, fearless little girl you are. We couldn’t be prouder of you.
Have the best day. We love you lots ❤️
