Great turn out for our Hilly Tempo session ShopRun last night with a few first timers.

ShopRun tomorrow
First Monday of the month so we will be doing our famous Hilly tempo session.
A mile warm up for most followed by a few strides to get the legs moving.
Then into the session of 4 x 5mins with 3 mins recovery back to the start. Then an easy jog back to the shop down the high street.
Doors open at 6pm and we’ll set off at 6:30pm. Who’s coming?

We currently have a box in the shop I’m sure you runners can help fill to help the homeless people of Lincoln. Project Compass who are based down the High St from the shop have kindly asked if people could donate any old running shoes that someone could still use to walk around in. The shop has previously donated some shoes to the charity. Let’s get this box filled for them!!
