Surrendering the mind and releasing the body. My clients are in a 'legs up the wall pose' with weighted gravel bags grounding their feet, legs and pelvis into their mats and gravel bags over their hand encouraging them the relax further. Part of a workshop earlier today transitioning from Vinyasa Flow to Yin to Restorative Yoga.
