We forget that life was never meant to be understood. It’s meant to be felt. We spend so much time trying to figure everything out. Trying to fix, explain, solve, control. But life is not a puzzle, it’s a wave. You were never meant to carry the wave, you were meant to let it move through you. The joy, the fear, the heartbreak, the moments that didn’t make sense until much later. You were never broken, you were becoming. The sadness comes when we try to hold onto what was meant to pass. We grip the moment, the person, the feeling, hoping to freeze it in time. But everything you’ve ever loved, was borrowed. and the beauty was never in the holding, it was in the being. So if you’re hurting, don’t rush to escape it. If you’re lost, don’t race to find direction. Feel it. All if it. Because this too is part of the dance. And if you listen closely enough, you’ll find that even your pain is trying to teach you how to be alive.

Do you feel deeply connected to the cycles of the moon? ✨

If you are female, perhaps you notice natural energy peaks and dips throughout your cycle, often mirroring the rhythm of the 29.5 day moon cycle. This is no coincidence.

Human beings are deeply connected to nature, yet modern life can pull us away from our natural rhythms and intuition.

For centuries, our ancestors gathered beneath the full moon. It’s long been seen as a time of heightened energy, illuminating subconscious patterns, emotions, tensions, and truths ready to be acknowledged and released. 🌕

When we begin working with the phases of the moon, alongside our own biological rhythms, we can often feel more grounded, connected, and aligned within ourselves.

Join me this Full Moon for a gentle evening of:

✨ Heart-opening cacao
