Something that REALLY helped me achieve my fat loss goal at the height of a demanding legal career. That I still swear by to this day ⬇️
Repetition.
Repeating meals, workouts, walks, timings, bedtimes.
Repetition removes decision fatigue after a long day at work when I’m absolutely shattered and a lot more likely to make poor choices.
My life is busy enough as it is (which I LOVE) but I don’t need to be making life any harder than it needs to be.
Repetition makes consistency so much easier.
And consistency = RESULTS 🩷
