Inside a power hitting 1-1 with 💥

Each 1-1 session at NET is tailored to the players needs and during this session we explored why the player was dragging the ball leg side when trying to hit the ball over the top.

Amongst other things we worked on keeping his left side engaged longer during the shot so he could hit the ball straighter, extending the left arm, finishing with his hands higher and some drills to build power and reinforce those positions 🔗📈
