Brilliant technical elbow seminar delivered by our very own Wubz on Sunday. Li spent nearly a year training and fighting in Thailand and was very eager to share the wealth of knowledge he amassed in that time.

Thanks to everyone who showed up, Wednesday sparring should be interesting... 😅 🔪

Oi!! So L1 (MASTER WUBZ) is back from a long stint in Thailand where he fought several times and is absolutely dying to share the knowledge he gained while training in the home of Muay Thai.

This seminar will focus on clinch techniques with a focus on elbow defence. It's suitable for absolutely everyone and while not vital, we strongly recommend you bring elbow guards.

If you know Li at all, then you'll know how much he loves this sport and in particular teaching it, so don't miss out.

Everyone's welcome, regardless of experience or gym affiliation. Free to all BCA direct debit members, £15 cash to everyone else. Sunday 20th September, 12-1:30pm

Unbelievable day at our open sparring today! Two full hours of learning, playing and growing. Such a pleasure to have hosted it and thank you so very much to all the gyms who brought their teams down. Couldn't have spent the day with better people 🙏🏾

Coaches!! The BCA interclub is back for another run on Sunday October 25th...! Please submit your fighter lists as soon as possible for the best chance at getting them matched.

▪︎ We pre match all fights based on weight, experience and age.

• We have an entirely separate floor at our Gym on which fighters can warm up and chill out, away from spectators if desired.

• We only run our interclubs twice a year, so that we're able to give each one or full attention and effort.

• We have a medic on site, in case of injury

• We limit the number of fights to ensure that the day doesn't run too late

• Our fights are *actually* controlled. Not too light, but not too heavy - a hard spar so that fighters can test their skill, not aggression.

We look forward to seeing you all again for another great day of fights 👊🏽🙏🏽

Great day out at the MTR show in Surrey!

Haks was on the wrong side of a very close decision, 5 round war against a great opponent. He showed lovely skill and technique in a very solid performance. A big level up from his last outing, which is what it's really all about.

Hamza put on a stellar show, facing a great adversary. Once again, levels above his last outing, displaying excellent technique, patience and ring craft which lead to a 4th round stoppage after his opponent failed to come out into the 5th round.

Huge thanks to MTR Promotions for having us on a top class show, to our opponents from great gyms and of course to the BCA family who never fall to come out in force to support their teammates.

Special mention to coach who probably sustained more damage than both fighters combined during their warm ups 🤣🤣🤣
