It's about time we hosted another one of these!! Open sparring this Bank holiday Monday 31st August from 11am-1pm. Absolutely everyone welcome, regardless of your experience or ability. No egos, just technical sparring and an opportunity to learn from each other. Different gyms have different styles so the more the merrier!

Free to all BCA monthly members and £15 cash for everyone else. 16oz gloves, leather shin guards and gumshields are mandatory (we have gear to borrow if needs be). Elbow and knee pads optional. See you all there 🙏🏾

Great day out at the MTR show in Surrey!

Haks was on the wrong side of a very close decision, 5 round war against a great opponent. He showed lovely skill and technique in a very solid performance. A big level up from his last outing, which is what it's really all about.

Hamza put on a stellar show, facing a great adversary. Once again, levels above his last outing, displaying excellent technique, patience and ring craft which lead to a 4th round stoppage after his opponent failed to come out into the 5th round.

Huge thanks to MTR Promotions for having us on a top class show, to our opponents from great gyms and of course to the BCA family who never fall to come out in force to support their teammates.

Special mention to coach who probably sustained more damage than both fighters combined during their warm ups 🤣🤣🤣

Excellent day out at the Fightzone interclub today. Great performances from all three lads, who competed in both MMA and Muay Thai. Can't really be much happier as a coach 🙏🏾

OK so to avoid all world cup football match clashes, we've decided to hold the gym drinks on Friday July 17th. Still at the The Griffin | Whetstone from 7pm.

We're ceasing our kids classes for the summer holidays and the last class will take place on Fri July 17th. We'll resume with the new school term on Monday September 7th. The teens class will continue to run if numbers don't drop too low

As most of you already know, we're starting up our new location in Potters Bar from July 28th and will be running kids Muay Thai every Tue and Thu at 5:30pm over the summer and onwards. For this year only, BCA kids direct debit members can train at the Potters Bar gym for free over the summer holidays. Pay-as-you-go members are of course welcome to join us at any time.

Guys, we are BEYOND excited to announce a new additional location for our wonderful gym!! We'll soon be opening in Potters Bar at a brand new fully equipped gym with a full sized boxing ring, punchbags, the works!

We'll start with a soft launch of two beginner level adults and kids classes a week on Tue and Thu evenings, with a view to growing the timetable as our student base grows.
