Most importantly, we took our new second studio from this …

We hosted several breakfast clubs with our neighbours Rawlala

Opened the doors to our Hackney Central studio

Welcomed Paige to our team - she’s trained with us since the beginning so this is such a full circle moment 🫶🏻

Here’s what’s to expect on opening day … studio lead Barbaraella will be taking you through morning classes!

The afternoon sessions will be led by Lauren 😮‍💨 Expect some spicy flows!
