Ben is a breathwork expert, and will continue to lead breathwork sessions on camp throughout the summer.

“George and I met at the first Stoic Games hosted by & . After the event we got chatting and Camp Kaizen paired well with my focus on functional breathwork.”

“I’ve only ran for about 18 months but I loved how quickly you can progress with the right structure. Most of my pace comes from training specifically for Hyrox but a big shift in my performance was when I focused on controlling my breathing even while I run at threshold.”

“Your breath is one of the biggest factors in your perceived effort level so the more you can train that the better.”

“I’ll be coaching people through more breathwork at future camps and sharing some of the tips that have helped me get faster.”
