What a superb training and running day 🏃🥊 - Got a very nice 5 miler in Saturday afternoon with our great friend Andy Godbold after another good sparring and training session over Norwich in the morning.

Had some amazing times with Andy ranging from promoting our first ever boxing show back in 2009 to being on a Sean Ellis film set as Orlando Bloom’s cut man - a minor role as an extra in the opening credits of his recent film The Cut which Andy was stunt coordinator for producing the fight scenes.

That morning while we had some lads over at Graham Everett’s sparring with Norwich Lads Club & Eastgate Boxing abc we also had some of our crew doing the Lowestoft parkrun

Well done Brooke matthews and her grandad Chris Matthews along with and his dad. Impressive times by the way 👍🏻

Some of our amateur boxing squad warming up before a big sparring session last Thursday at Lowestoft with a few of the fitness lot in as well.

We presented Brooke matthews with the Golden Gloves award which was for the most outstanding female boxer at The Riviera Box Cup where she recently won a gold medal along with team mate Tom Butler (pictured back row) who also picked up a gold in that prestigious summer tournament.

Some hill sprints up Rant Score beside the gym to finish the session which was a tough one for everyone. Thanks to Chloe & Craig Poxton for helping out with this busy session while we’ve got coaching staff on holiday. Great effort from everyone. What a team !

All the Ultimate Boxing Kids classes for 8-13 year old beginners are back on as normal now:
LOWESTOFT:
Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:15pm plus Saturdays 11am

BECCLES:
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 4:30pm

The classes are 1 hour, cost £6 / session and are delivered by qualified, DBS cleared coaches.

Well done kids & coaches for this buzzing session last week especially to our new starters.
