In just one session I can change everything you thought about building muscle and strength training

22/08/2026

Over the past 15 years I’ve coached 8 football and hurling teams

3 of my clients have made it to the Irish league and even Scotland

I’ve coached boxers and kick-boxers to victory

And 2 national swimming champions

I’m currently taking 3 courses to improve my services to this population and will be taking on next clients in this area

This suites athletes 12 years old upwards
Parents can stay in during the sessions if wanted

I lol forward to creating the next population of athletes that make it 💪🏻🤝

This isn’t just about losing weight.

It’s about returning to health.

As we move through our 30s and beyond, life changes.

Careers become demanding.
Children come along.
Mortgages need paid.
Family comes first.

Slowly, without even noticing, your own health slips down the priority list.

You stop training.
Meals become whatever is quickest.
Sleep suffers.
Stress builds.

A few pounds become a few stone.

Your joints ache.
Your energy disappears.
You don’t recognise the person looking back at you anymore.

That’s where Return to Strength begins.

Not with punishment.
Not with cutting every food you enjoy.
Not with hours of cardio.

We rebuild your health first.

We improve your relationship with food.
We establish sustainable eating habits.
We fuel your body properly.
We build strength and confidence.
We increase movement without burning you out.

Because healthy people find it easier to lose fat.

And stronger people tend to stay healthier.

The transformations in these photos aren’t just about looking different.

They’re moving with less pain.
They’re feeling more energetic.
They’re playing with their children without getting out of breath.
They’re becoming more confident.
They’re getting their health back.

That’s the real transformation.

If you’ve spent years putting everyone else first…

Maybe it’s time to invest in yourself again.

Return to Health. Return to Strength. Return to You.

Everyone has an opinion these days thanks to the internet

Few actually put their heads down do the work and get jacked

More and more people take steroids and sarms

But I’m not seeing bodybuilding level athletes crowding out gyms

This is because few know how to train for themselves

Not your mate not the guy on the internet

Your own morphology and pathology

Most of your would do better if you did

Under responders exist for roids but also for training

I respond very well compared to most to strength and hypertrophy

If you’re looking to find out if you do… you’ve only one choice

During my last Hyrox sim I didn’t get into zone 5 once (1:14 time)

To me I wasn’t suppose to either

I wanted to go at a pace I could manage while always having more in the tank

Considering it did 50 wall balls from a 1km run and unbroken lunges it’s kinda shocking my heart rate only went up to 167bpm

With an average HR of 153 I will be looking to improve this in my next sim which should see me break 1:10 at least.
