Ace Padel is growing, and we’re incredibly excited to launch our brand‑new site in Lytham St Annes! We’re looking for a customer‑focused, energetic, and community‑minded Club Manager to lead the team and help us build something truly special.
🎾 About the Role
As our Padel Club Manager, you will be the heartbeat of Ace Padel Lytham. You’ll lead the site, shape the customer experience, and play a key role in growing the sport across the local community.
You’ll be responsible for:
✅ Delivering outstanding customer service
✅ Leading, motivating & developing the on‑site team
✅ Driving interest in padel through events, programmes & community engagement
✅ Creating an inclusive, friendly club atmosphere
✅ Running outreach initiatives and forming local partnerships
✅ Working with sponsors and supporting club‑wide marketing activity
✅ Ensuring the club operates smoothly day‑to‑day
👀 Who We’re Looking For
You’re enthusiastic, friendly, and love connecting with people. You’re passionate about sport and leisure, with experience in a customer-facing role, and ideally, you know and love padel too!
You may have:
✨ Experience in leisure, sport, hospitality, or club management
✨ A customer-service-first mindset
✨ Leadership experience and the ability to inspire a team
✨ A desire to help grow a vibrant, welcoming padel community
✨ A proactive, “let’s make it happen” approach
