Hit 2019 running with Maidenhead Mohawks Touch Rugby Club! Join us for our O2Touch sessions on Wednesdays from 8-9.30pm at Maidenhead Rugby Club (SL6 1BN) and learn how to play non-contact TOUCH rugby! Sessions cost £5 for 90 minutes of group exercise in a fun and friendly environment in which men/women and young/older players play games together. Your first session is FREE and beginners are most welcome! Message us or email [email protected] for more info! Minimum age is 14 - no upper age limit!

sessions re-start this Wed 17 Jan at Maidenhead RFC (Braywick Park, SL6 1BN) from 7.30pm to 9pm on the main 3G pitch. The newly revamped sessions will feature a 45 minute fitness boot camp with exercises specific to but everyone can join in with. The following 45 minutes will be social games (beginners on one pitch and experienced players on another). That’s 90 minutes of working out for only £5 (or £20 for 6 sessions or free to 2017/18 Season MRFC members). Hit your this season with the Mohawks! FREE Play Festival in Braywick Park, Maidenhead, this Saturday 11 June! Register at 9.30am with coaching of the basic skills (including passing masterclass from Gary Street, England Women's Rugby World Cup winning coach) from 10am to 12pm followed by a series of social games from 12.30-4pm. Prizes and social in Maidenhead RFC's clubhouse afterwards plus raffle in support of campaign. Touch is NON-contact, easy to learn, fab fitness and great fun! Grab your mates and give it a go! What a fantastic night of action at Maidenhead RFC on Friday! Workplaces from around the Maidenhead area competed to win the tournament cup as well as raising money for Sport Relief and ! Well done everyone!

Maidenhead Mohawks are currently training on Wednesday evenings from 7-8.30pm at Maidenhead RFC, Braywick Road, Maidenhead SL6 1BN. Training costs £20 for 8 weeks or £4 per week pay as you go. We welcome new members of any age (16+) or ability. We train weekly pretty much all year round (first session of 2015 is on Wed 7 Jan) and play in local O2 Touch Leagues, weekend tournaments and have social events throughout the season. Whether you're looking to get fit for 2015 or just meet some new friends and get involved in the game taking the sporting world by storm, come and join the Mohawks!
