You don’t even need to like it.

You just need a way of moving that doesn’t spike anxiety or shame.

Some clients come because they want strength.
Some come because they want less pain.
Some come because their GP told them to.
Some come because they’re exhausted of feeling stuck.

All of those are valid reasons.

I want to share something that matters to me 💛

On Sundays, I run an ND-friendly karate class in Maidstone with Club AUsome.

This session is designed specifically for neurodivergent children who need:
• low demands
• small group sizes
• a calm, predictable environment
• no pressure to perform
• no shouting, no being told off for being themselves

This isn’t a loud gym.
It’s a supportive space where children are met exactly where they are.

Most of my clients aren’t lazy. They’re overwhelmed, anxious, burnt out, or neurodivergent and sick of being shouted at by fitness content.

This is slower. Quieter. More human.
And it works because it’s built around you, not discipline myths.
