RockFit with Lisa

As most of you know i'm full of lurgi so tomorrow's class has been cancelled I'm afraid but I'm hoping to be back fighting fit for next Friday 🤞💪 xx

Good morning beautiful people so I have some news. So until we get my Sunday class back I've been told I can do Rockfit on Fridays at 10.30am. I know that unfortunately this won't be any good for a few of you due to work/childcare but at least it's something for now until we get our Sunday's back. This will be starting on Friday 28th so hopefully I'll see a few of you there 🖤🤘xx

It was so much fun this morning everyone, thank you ❤️ I'm having a short break from Rockfit but this is not good-bye as I'm hoping it won't be for very long! I'll keep you all posted & look forward to seeing you all very soon 🤘🖤 # # #
