Top tip for training in this weather ….
Don’t!
Enjoy the weather while it lasts
Do activities outdoors & catch as much shade as you can
Stay hydrated, enjoy a beer/water/vodka whatever but just don’t waste wot we get very little of in the UK in a stuffy stinky gym!
You have a choice, I don’t 😂😂
Keep cool, hydrated & shaded ☀️💦

Let’s talk about Glute training! 🍑
Current diet: In a deficit, meaning eating less calories than I’m burning in order to lose fat (not necessarily weight)!
To be able to do this effectively there are a few considerations;
1 your body type, where does it naturally lose its fat storage
2 how quick/slow your metabolism is
3 your training split, timings & water in take
4 how you connect with the exercises needed to grow a prominent set of glutes (you have heard of body, mind connection & im telling you, it is a thing)
5 knowing clever ways to get extra protein into the body without going way over your calorie requirements
