Fabulous 19yr (19?!?!) wedding anniversary day-date mooching across London, inc. a belated birthday lunch with my Rock, Matt yesterday.

Wow! Two bunches of flowers in 1 day!! The first was a little thank you from a Diabetes Remission patient that I have coached for the last year. He has overcome some serious health challenges & achieved his goal, last week, of running his first 10km race in many years 👏 The second was from a lovely Aqua Aerobics gang that have been put through their paces by me for about 6years. I’ve given up my Wednesday evening classes in Bexley to make more time for work in Loose & Maidstone areas now. I’m very proud of how far they’ve all come & feeling very much appreciated &fitness
