🚛 Meet the Team 🚛
As promised, this week we're getting up close and personal with the fantastic team here at Gordon Springate!
Over the next few days, you'll get to know the people behind the training – their experience, what they enjoy most about the job, and maybe even a few fun facts along the way.
We're kicking things off with Paul's Pitstop.
Paul joined the company in June 2018 and is a highly experienced instructor and assessor with extensive knowledge of the transport and logistics industry. He is an approved HIAB, Forklift and ADR instructor, as well as an LGV and PCV Driver Trainer. Paul is also a qualified Module 3A and Module 4 Assessor. He delivers both LGV & PCV Transport Manager and refresher courses, along with a wide range of other classroom-based courses.

What is the biggest mistake learners make and how can they avoid it?
"NOT USING MIRRORS! Pretend you're at Wimbledon .. move you head! Mirrors are your best mate. Use before signalling, changing lanes, speeding up or slowing down. Pair them up - look in both and around them."
What is your go-to motorway snack?
"Mint Imperials and Sausage Rolls!!"
Summer or Winter?
"Always Summer - i don't like the cold!"
What is your favourite film?
"Dumb & Dumber!! It makes me laugh every time!"
