Consistency: honestly we are all human and some days are easier to bounce out of bed than others. I wasn’t feeling this mornings short run but did it anyway. I like to exercise some mornings before the day takes over and my mind’s realised 🤪
Chipping away assists the habit and then the stacking happens. The mindset shifts and mood 💪🔥🌞
