πΊ Thank you for joining me in May and sharing an activity.
π’ Despite being one of my hardest months emotionally having lost our lovely Fletch, itβs been filled with so much support, love and fun.
Highlights this month.
π§ Continuing to teach yoga and welcome newbies to classes
πͺ Outdoor strength classes
π₯ Hosting my first reels workshop for outdoor activities (more coming soon in the summer)
πΆββοΈ Finishing the Gloucestershire Way and Windrush and Wardens Way
π² 100km graduation ride completed with confidence, new skills and a lovely supportive group. Iβve also launched 2027 dates and you can secure your spot with just a Β£50 deposit.
πͺ Stronger for longer club feeling stronger and more mobile for their hill walks
π I celebrated being 50 in many fun and enjoyable ways. It definitely proves that age is just a number.
So as we welcome in the longest day of the year month. Thereβs lots to look forward to and I canβt wait to see you.
