Maternity Leave Mode Fully On.
Thank you so much for all the lovely (tear inducing) messages and thoughtful gifts over the past couple of weeks. Really overwhelmed by it all. It’s only a pause in service, but I’ll miss classes because of the incredible, joyous characters who turn up week in and week out.
Thank you also to those instructors covering in my absence and all the support I’ve received from venues and business owners.
See you all after I’ve soaked up newborn baby cuddles, sleepless nights and dirty nappies.

Focusing on developing better proprioception, this class connects the mind and body with the use of small Pilates equipment - weights, small Pilates balls, magic circles, resistance bands and foam rollers. With a large focus on core strength, control and coordination, the challenges of each exercise can be adapted to you and your ability.
This class is great for those wanting to focus on alignment, better posture and strength throughout the body whilst maintaining low impact. 🤸🏻
