Only 3 tonight from Welland FC due to match fixtures and recovery. But it’s all we needed . The mission ? Simple. 50kg barbell to the top of the Malvern’s working in pairs 3 minutes on 3 minutes off . 5k later and mission accomplished. Well done boys .

Thanks to all my clients who struggled to not train for a few days whilst we went to Lakefest.. 3 years in a row and still forget how much I need my sleep but enjoyed every minute..

Last night’s hill squad 🏃♂️🔥
11 strong up the Malverns — legs burning, lungs working, and spirits high.
Tough gradients, relentless pace, and a brutal 500 sprint set at the obelisk to finish it off.
This wasn’t just a run — it was a challenge. And they showed up.
Thanks for all the water I had to load on my back to carry for you boys !! 😜

Pre season fitness training with Welland FC. Today in a break from our normal training we ran up the Malvern’s with the team carrying 20kg sandbag to add to the fun . Great effort boys !👍.

BOOM ! Georgie has lost 11cm of body fat — but her weight stayed the same. Why? Because we’ve been focusing on resistance training. As she burns fat, she’s also building lean muscle, which is denser and more toned.
The scale doesn’t tell the full story. Measurements and body composition are far better indicators of progress.

“Keep it simple stupid”... Been doing lots of band work with my clients and myself lately. Proving effective for those with limited experience and injury rehabilitation . Plus not overwhelming for new or low confidence clients. Joint friendly as low impact. Great dynamic warm up or stretch cool down . Cheap too . Grab a set and get started..
