Just a reminder that last night was our last session before we take a 2 week summer break. Training will resume on Monday 17th August when there will be sessions on a Monday, Tuesday and Thursday for the rest of August.

Enjoy the break and make sure to get some rest before training begins again 🏊🏻‍♂️🏊🏻‍♀️

On Saturday we have our annual presentation evening where we celebrate our swimmers, parents, coaches, club captains and everyone else that makes this such a special club!

What a brilliant two days of racing for MSC across THREE open meets — Northampton SC Summer Meet, Repton Summer Spintacular, and the Tony Holmes Sprint Meet at Harvey Hadden.

Our swimmers delivered everything: personal bests, finals, medals, club records, and huge team spirit.

Massive congratulations to every swimmer who raced with determination, courage, and pride — and heartfelt thanks to our coaches, volunteers, team managers, and poolside helpers who make weekends like this possible.

💙 Stage One Success for Mansfield Swimming Club! 💙

What a night at Water Meadows! Our swimmers delivered an outstanding performance on Saturday, securing 1st place in the Stage 1 gala with a brilliant 140 points.

The team smashed 15 PBs, earned 15 first places, 10 seconds, and 7 thirds — a huge achievement across the squad.

The atmosphere was electric, with teammates cheering each other on from start to finish.A special shout‑out to Meida and Theo, who made their MSC debuts. Fantastic swims from both!

Stage one success! — Mansfield Swimming Club Mansfield Swim Club delivered an outstanding performance on Saturday night at Water Meadows, winning the Stage 1 gala with a total of 140 points. The swimmers produced 15 individual PBs and collected 15 first places, 10 second places and 7 third places. A fantastic result!

🏊‍♀️ Katy Delivers at National Level!

🏅Huge congratulations to Katy, who produced a phenomenal set of swims at the 2026 Long Course British Masters Championships in Aberdeen!

Competing in the 18–24 age group, Katy took on 50 Fly, 100 Free, 50 Breast, and 100 Fly — and her standout moment came in the 50m Breaststroke, where she stormed to a silver medal at national level.

An incredible achievement and a testament to her dedication in and out of the pool.We loved celebrating with you at Club Champs last week and watching you hit a PB in the same event at Water Meadows.

We can’t believe that it is already the seventh and final evening of our club championships. Tonight is a quiet one but we can’t wait to finish on a high and continue the fabulous swimming we have had over the last 2 weeks.

🏊‍♂️ MSC Juniors Finish an Incredible 5th in the Derby & Notts League! 🏆

Mansfield Swimming Club’s youngest swimmers wrapped up the Derby & Notts Junior League campaign with a brilliant 5th‑place finish in the final round — and 5th of 18 teams overall for the season.

The team delivered 11 individual PBs, 10 relay PBs, and saw Fox set a new club record in 50m Fly for her age group, showing just how far this junior squad has come.

A big shout out to all the parents, coaches and poolside helpers who make this possible.

After a quieter but very successful evening last night, tonight we are back with the sixth of our seven sessions of our annual club championships. It’s going to be a busier night with lots of our swimmers taking part.

The events tonight are:
200m brst
100m free
50m fly

It’s £3 for spectators this evening and we’re also running a raffle which is £1 a strip with more amazing prizes to be won. Remember to bring your cash with you.
