At G&L Studios, we are incredibly proud to have a community filled with amazing students who are part of the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as the allies who continue to create such a safe, supportive and empowering space for everyone. 🤍

Pole is about confidence, expression, strength and being unapologetically YOU — and Pride Month is the perfect time to celebrate exactly that.

Throughout the month, we’d love everyone to get involved by wearing a colour from the Pride flag to classes each week! Whether it’s your pole shorts, sports bra, heels, socks, scrunchie or a full outfit — let’s fill the studio with colour, love and support 🌈

7:00–8:30PM – Late Night Pole Play
An open, relaxed session to train, flow, and play ✨
