Dan has first aid training tomorrow ⛑️So he managed to sneak into the range and collect the cards up to today (Thursday) and they are now marked, and the scores updated.
And what a stack of cards it was 😱🏅
At least 3 first time 250's, including 2 juniors (well done Thomas and Dan!), and one fairly new shooter who managed 11X's**.
Also a frankly very impressive 250 / 0X's - an Alders first.

And all of this brings us up to 16 competitors in the main comp now on 250's for September. That's some top tier stuff right there 😊👏

In exciting news (with pictures to follow) Dan received his very first //official bribe//
The card in question did indeed gain a couple of valuable "score ups" but unfortunately and miraculously, it was then deducted the EXACT same amount of points for being a cheeky sod (and being well under the 2026 )

The bribe itself was deposited into the charity box for the very deserving Florence Nightingale Hospice Charity !

Cards marked and scores updated. August has been finalised - well done to our winners 🏅😁

This scoreboard includes the mega joint 1st place 250 / 25X max scores on the Unlimited Comp too 😎👏

For all shooters please be aware there are counterfeit cards about 😱😨

OK..... Not that bad really - but there are some red and blue unlimited cards getting into the mix which aren't the correct dimensions. Please only use the official Benchrest GB cards for the unlimited comp or your scores won't count.

(The two that were submitted in August have been accurately marked with the larger 10 circle taken into account and a correct 2mm overlay used - this was hugely time consuming and tricky so will not be done again!)

And just like that we are back on track. Cards marked and scores updated for last week and this week! And what a return it has been - With not 1, but 2 shooters getting max 250 / 25X scores on our unlimited competition 🤩🥳🏅

Absolutely monster stuff from Steve and Adam! Well done 👏🏼👏🏼

** After marking the cards Dan went back through and plugged every shot that hadn't already been for 100% confirmation on both cards. He also messaged Mikey to make sure he wasn't being pranked 🤣
