TUMBLING HOME NATIONS 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

A huge congratulations to the 5 athletes from our club who were selected to represent the England squad at the Home Nations competition 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

With GCSE exams in the lead up, it hasn’t been an easy few weeks balancing revision, training and competition, but they all stepped up and gave it their all on the day✨

Representing your country is an incredible achievement in itself, and we’re so proud of the hard work, commitment and determination they’ve shown throughout the journey🤸‍♀️

A special mention goes to Ella, who made club history by becoming our first ever Home Nations Gold Medallist. What an incredible achievement and a moment to be proud of! 🥇✨

ENGLISH SILVER TUMBLING 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🤸‍♀️

After qualifying in April our tumblers headed to Telford for the weekend where they competed in the English Silver Championships! They gymnasts had a fantastic weekend where they performed some amazing routines in their respective categories 🙌

NATIONAL FINALS 🌟

💙 What an incredible weekend at the National Finals for our MK girls representing the South Region! 💙

We are so proud of everything you achieved and the way you represented both the Region and MK Gym. ✨

🌟 Tiana had an outstanding competition, helping the South Region become National Champions along side her South teammates from 🏆 Tiana also made club history by becoming the first Milton Keynes gymnast to win an individual women’s medal at the National Finals! 💙

EXTRA PLAYGYMS TODAY SATURDAY 30th MAY 🤸‍♀️

HOT WEATHER UPDATE ☀️

Please help us keep the gymnasts safe in training with the hot weather!

☀️ please ensure your child has a water bottle, we can refill these but can’t provide cups
☀️appropriate attire shorts and t-shirts(full length tops) or short sleeve leotards

We will be taking more breaks to ensure the gymnasts are kept hydrated and allowing them to stay cooler throughout the session!

We encourage you to attend all days, but we ask you follow some rules to help keep the gymnasts safe;
- Please do not try coach or distract your gymnast during their session.
- Please ensure if you need to speak to the coach, you organise a meeting for after the session, or an appropriate time.
- Please use the bins provided for all rubbish, we ask that nothing is left in the seating areas.
- Please collect your child from the atrium not inside the reception area.

TUMBLING FIG QUALIFICATION 1 🤸‍♀️

Congratulations to our tumbling team for who competed at the first qualification event, this is a trial event for the British, world age & world championships! Our team smashed it and have some amazing results, we couldn’t be prouder of each and every single one them!
