🚨 Free Physio Drop-In Clinic is Back! 💪🧗

Following the success of our last clinic, we're delighted to welcome Top Physiotherapy back to Big Rock Hub for another FREE drop-in evening.

Whether you're dealing with a climbing ni**le, recovering from an injury, or simply looking for advice on staying strong and preventing future problems, their experienced physiotherapists will be available throughout the evening to offer informal assessments, answer your questions, and provide personalised guidance to help keep you climbing with confidence.

There's no need to book and there's no cost to attend—just drop in at any time for a chat with the team.

Rockhopper Social Climb – Summer Holiday Sessions ☀️🧗

Our Rockhopper Social Climb sessions are running every Wednesday at 5:40pm throughout the summer holidays for current Rockhopper Club members.

A great opportunity to keep climbing, work towards NICAS, and catch up with friends outside of term time. 🌟

We're setting additional lead routes at Big Rock Bond this Wednesday for the Summer Send Series, outside of our usual setting days (Monday & Tuesday).

Looking for a quieter climb? Head to Big Rock Hub, open as usual 11:00am–10:00pm.
