Tamworth 3Hr 🏁

New faces on the podium!

DNH returned to Tamworth for the next round of the Daytona endurance championship. As the chequered flag fell, it was a new group of drivers celebrating on the podium!

In Kristensen’s Klub, Matt and Mike combined impressive pace with a well-executed strategy to secure an excellent P2 finish. Both drivers usually race in the DMAX class, but maximised their consistency in the SODIs to keep them firmly in podium contention from start to finish. An excellent result!

Joining them on the podium were Dafydd and Nathan, racing as Hawthorne’s Heroes. The pair delivered a confident drive, making all the right strategic calls and showing strong pace to finish the race in P3!

Behind this, it was a messy day for our championship teams with Miles-Shelby and the Dad’s both struggling for pace finishing in P5 and P9, and Senna’s and the Iron Dames coming home in P10 and P16.

Two DNH teams on the podium and damage limitation for the remaining teams. On to the next round!

BUKC 24Hr 🏁

Top 10 at Teesside!

DNH returned to the BUKC 24Hr looking to build on last year’s success, fielding three teams against some of the UK’s strongest university and graduate squads. Now a firm favourite on the calendar, the event once again delivered 24 hours of close racing, teamwork and determination.

Representing the Miles-Shelby Squad, James and Julia from KBR joined Chris, Dom, Georgina, Abi and Anastasia for a superb weekend. Every driver showed impressive pace, consistently matching and often setting the fastest times on track. Combined with a reliable kart and clean ex*****on throughout the race, the team secured an outstanding P10 finish.

It was a more challenging weekend for Senna’s Squadron, with Dafydd, Jack, Finlay, Alistair, Sean and Adam battling kart issues from the very start of practise. Multiple mechanical problems, including several engine changes, hampered their progress and left them unable to show their true pace. Despite the setbacks, the team persevered to bring the kart home in P36.

Completing the DNH line-up were Kristensen’s Klub, with Josh from Sheffield joining Ben, Corey, James, Katie and two Adams in the bright pink kart. The team found pace as the weekend progressed and in the final hours of the race, closed the gap to Senna’s Squadron before reaching the chequered flag in P38.

Milton Keynes 24Hr 🏁

Back-to-back 24Hr victories!

DNH had our largest ever turnout at a 24-hour race, with five teams taking on the Daytona Milton Keynes 24H in the Sodi class.

Returning as defending champions after their victory in October, the Miles-Shelby Squad of Chris, Laurence and Murphy arrived determined to retain their title. The trio showed the Sodi field exactly how it’s done, overcoming several setbacks throughout the race before taking the chequered flag in P1. Back-to-back champions!

Senna’s Squadron, made up of Alistair, Georgina, Sean and Adam, demonstrated front-running pace from start to finish. Their strategy put them firmly in contention for victory, but unfortunately one too many black flags ended their hopes of a podium. A strong P5 nevertheless.

Abi, Imi, Rob, Katie and Grace represented Iron Dames and remained consistent throughout the whole race, climbing steadily through the order to secure an excellent P9 finish and another top-10 result for DNH.

For Ickx’s Icons, this was the first taste of 24-hour racing for most of the team. Evie, Henry and Josh joined experienced karters Will, Charlie and Jack, rotating efficiently to minimise time in the pits. Their teamwork and determination paid off with a fantastic P22, an excellent result for a team making its 24Hr debut.

Rounding out the DNH line-up were Hawthorn’s Heroes, with regulars James, Dafydd and Adam joined by first-time 24-hour racers Harry, Joel and Zach. Despite being the youngest driver on the entire grid, Zach immediately proved that age is just a number, battling experienced teams in the top three during the opening stages. The whole team raced with smiles from start to finish, making it an unforgettable event.

Silverstone 24Hr 🏁

The inaugural 24Hr at Silverstone!

The team’s 2026 24-hour campaign began at Silverstone, with three teams taking on the first of five endurance races this season. The event also marked the beginning of a demanding double-header, with Milton Keynes the following weekend.

The field was highly competitive featuring some of the UK’s and Europe’s top endurance teams and professional drivers. The team applied lessons learnt from the recent 8-hour event to maximise strategy, laptime and race management.

In the Miles-Shelby Squad, Chris, Sean, Georgina and Murphy enjoyed a strong and consistent race, maintaining competitive pace while staying clear of any mechanical issues. They finished the race in P12, an impressive result against a competitive field.

In Senna’s Squadron, Alistair, Dom, Abi, Alex, Jacob and Charlie, encountered kart issues early on in the race with a broken chain! However the team came back with determination to fight back to P14.

In Hawthorn’s Heroes, Rob, Adam, Dafydd, Grace, Nick and Dan delivered a solid performance against tough competition to finish in P34. They consistently matched the pace of those around them and gained valuable 24hr racing experience.

Overall, excellent results achieved in the first 24Hr of the year!

Thruxton 2Hr 🏁

New karts tested and approved!

The new Sodi karts were put to the test at Thruxton as DNH returned for a 2-hour endurance race, with six teams taking to the grid.

Speedy, better known as Murphy, took on the challenge solo and delivered an impressive drive. Combining strong pace with smart strategy throughout the race, he secured the overall victory!

In Kristensen’s Klub, Alistair was joined by Alex for his first outing with the team. Alex showed strong pace from the outset, and together with Alistair’s race strategy, the pair remained in contention throughout, narrowly missing out on a podium finish.

Completing the remaining top-ten positions were Rob and Chris of the Miles-Shelby Squad, sisters’ Imi and Annabelle representing the Iron Dames, and Matt and Dan in Senna’s Squadron. Imi and Annabelle suffered a puncture during the middle of the race that forced a kart change, but still fought on to the finish. Hawthorn’s Heroes saw Jeremy team up with Monty for his first appearance with DNH, bringing the most enthusiasm to the grid!

A great day of endurance racing and a positive first test for the new Sodi karts at Thruxton.

Silverstone 8Hr 🏁

Looking back, as we look forward!

As the team looks ahead to this weekend’s inaugural Silverstone 24-hour, we’re reflecting on the 8-hour race — the first team endurance race held at the new kart track.

DNH fielded 8 teams for the event, with strong performances across the grid and plenty of valuable experience gained along the way. Adapting quickly to a brand-new circuit and fresh endurance strategies, the weekend proved to be an important step in preparation for the 24-hour.

It was also a fantastic opportunity to introduce new team members to endurance racing and continue building strength throughout the team.

Now, all focus turns to the 3 teams competing this weekend!

Milton-Keynes 6H 🏁

DNH flexed their strength in depth!

At the start of the bank holiday weekend, 6 teams took to Milton-Keynes for a busy 6 Hour race with over 40 karts on track.

Alistair, James and Matt, delivered a standout drive for Senna’s Squadron, recovering from an early crash which put them in last place, to fighting back through the field and using safety karts to optimise strategy to finish in P2.

After their P3 at Tamworth, the DNH Dad’s backed it up with another top 5, while championship leaders’ Miles-Shelby Squad saw their lap lead slip away after an unexpected fuel leak led to them loosing 5 laps, leaving them in P5.

Harry, Josh and Henry in Hawthorne’s Heroes raced to P16, while the Iron Dames battled mechanical issues throughout with a kart 2 seconds off the pace and came home in P19. Watkins Glen, featuring newcomer Evie with Jeremy, Dave and Joel, kept it clean and enjoyed the race, finishing in P22.

A great start to the Bank Holiday weekend!

Teesside 4H 🏁

2 hours clockwise, 2 hours anti-clockwise!

The team travelled from Teesside to Middlesbrough to compete in a unique 4-hour endurance race, with changing conditions and two track layouts.

Chris and Georgina formed our most experienced duo in the Miles-Shelby Squad, however they had a tough start with engine issues in practice and qualifying, leaving them near the back of the grid. Despite this, Chris made a flying start, climbing from P18 to P6 on lap one and pushing up to P3 as the rain came in. Georgina brought it home in P6 after a solid final stint — a great recovery drive.

In Senna’s Squadron, Dan and Martyn faced a different challenge, with Dan learning the circuit for the first time across both layouts. Martyn qualified strongly in P3 and battled at the front early on, but recurring engine issues caused a breakdown and multiple laps lost. Dan handled tricky mixed conditions well in the middle stint, and Martyn finished strongly to secure P9 despite the setbacks.

Adam and Toby in Kristensen’s Klub impressed on their first outing at Teesside, qualifying P10 after quickly adapting to the track. A lap one incident set them back early, but they recovered well, with Toby driving a calm middle stint in difficult conditions. Adam took advantage of a drying track in the final stint to bring them home in P11 — a strong debut result.

Overall, a challenging but rewarding event, with solid performances across the team and a great way to round off a double-race weekend.
