Our Ladies Only Kickboxing classes at Evade Martial Arts offer a completely different way to get fitter, stronger and more confident — while learning genuine martial arts skills at the same time.

And the most important thing?

You don’t need to be fit. You don’t need any experience. And you don’t need to have ever thrown a punch or kick before.

Our Beginners programme is specifically designed for women aged 14+ who are new to martial arts and combat sports.

You'll be able to learn at your own pace in a friendly and supportive environment while working towards your own goals.

Four out today over in Scunthorpe on a Kickboxing show! Unfortunately one opponent failed their medical which reduced us to three bouts. One no-win demo, one K-1 debut and a low kick title fight.

The score cards went against us on the decision bouts but could not be prouder of each of them! Fantastic performances against great opposition! Outstanding sportsmanship as always as well!! Phenomenal work!! Onto the next one now 🥊🥋🔥
